Originally fruit, pear and peach trees covered the entire surface, from 2002 onwards the changes were radical. The passion and love for this land bequeathed to them leads the Solaroli brothers to become custodians of it and to commit themselves so that none of their father's labors are lost.

From Genny, Andrea's wife, the idea of an educational farm and transformation of the company's products was born in 2017 to create its own small niche.
